KSV offers technology in flexible commercial models, i.e. Customers can own the system, can rent the system or even do on transaction pricing models.
The solution can be “on-premises” or “on-cloud” integrated with various back-end systems. APIs are available to just get the authentication of callers over the internet and based on conversation, local application or contact center agent can proceed to offer service to customers.
The authentication can be one-time or continuous background / passive detection.
