How does VA work?
KSV is language independent and text independent VA tool. A user can enroll in any language and authenticate in any language with free text. A voiceprint is created with feature extraction techniques and build a unique score, which can be compared with an authentication score to validate a person. A unique id is needed to store voice print and do a 1:1 matching between enrolled voice print and authentication voice print.
In case customers wish not to change the process of authentication currently done, by asking questions like date of birth, other number or mother’s name, etc., the same can also be implemented using KSV, instead of human agents, IVR can ask these questions and validate the voice print of the caller.
KSV can be integrated into contact center or a mobile app or IVR as needed by the enterprises.
